As a member of the executive leadership team and head of global communications strategy, Gays will be focused on driving company awareness and demand across the Americas, APAC and EMEA, spotlighting Smartly.io’s innovative breakthroughs that are bridging the divide between creative, intelligence and media.

Prior to joining Smartly, Gays lead Communications and Content at TripleLift, a global advertising technology company, where she was responsible for the company’s strategic communications, media and analyst relations, content marketing and sponsorships. During her tenure, she led the company’s brand storytelling strategy for key product and investment moments including its partnership with NBCUniversal, acquisition of 1plusX, the global first-party data-management platform, as well as the company’s successful reentry into the DACH region.

Gays started her corporate communications career at OpenX, a global advertising technology company specializing in open-web solutions for publishers. Prior to OpenX, she held several roles at ABC News where she booked and produced content for various platforms including ABC News Radio and ABCNews.com.
